Ingredients:1 lb peeled uncooked shrimp 2 Tb butter 1 Tb lemon juice 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat. When it stops bubbling, add pressed garlic. Stir quickly to keep it from burning, add the lemon juice and reduce for a minute or so. Add shrimp, parsley, salt and pepper. Continue tossing till shrimp has become pink, 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
