One pound of Tom's fresh Atlantic shrimp 2 quarts of water 1/2 to 1 cup Old Bay or Zatarain's shrimp/crab boil One lemon quartered, squeeze juice in pot. drop lemon in pot Bay leaf Boil water, old bay or zatarain's, lemon/lemon juice and bay leaf for about 25 minutes. Bring to rolling boil Drop in shrimp Turn off heat after one minute, cover and wait until shrimp starts floating up. Take it out, serve on bed of ice or put in fridge until chilled. Serve with Tom's Awesome Seafood Sauce Peel, dip and eat MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
for 2 lbs of shrimp, use minimum one cup seasoning.
