I'm not much of a fish eater, but this one is killer. Restaurant grade. I used the following amount of ingredients:
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese (I used fresh ground) 3 Tbsp bread crumbs (I used Panko) 2 Tbsp red bell pepper chopped 2 Tbsp yellow bell pepper chopped 2 Green onions chopped chopped 1/4 Jalapeno seeded and minced 3 Tbsp melted butter 6 Ounces Tom's regular lump crab 2 Tbsp Mozarell cheese 14-16 Oz Tom's fresh Atlantic grouper
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) In medium bowl, stir all ingredients. Arrange grouper fillet(s) in a single layer baking dish or sheet pan. Spread the crumb topping evenly over the fish.
3) Bake for 30 minutes. If fish is thick, add a few minutes. Your topping will brown beautifully. Prepare to moan for the next 10 minutes. This is a keeper and a sharer.
