Ingredients 2 fillets of corvina 6 cloves chopped garlic 1 1/4 stick butter salt to taste white pepper to taste chopped fresh parslet wedge of lemon
Directions 1. Salt and pepper the fillet on both sides. Melt the 1/4 stick butter in a skillet and cook the fillet until done, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. 2. Remove the fillet and add the 1 stick of butter, and the chopped garlic. Cook gently over medium heat until soft, but not brown. 3. Place the fillet on a plate and spoon the garlic butter over it. Sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon or lime wedges.
