Ingredients
1 lb crab 1 cup saltine crackers, crushed Water to moisten saltines 1 egg 2T finely chopped green pepper 2T finely chopped green onion 1T Worcestershire 1T Dijon mustard Salt, pepper, and Old Bay to taste 4T melted butter
Directions
- Mix beaten egg, moistened cracker crumbs, vegetables, seasonings, and 2T of the butter.
- Gently fold in the crab.
- Lightly pile crab mixture into four large seashells or small dishes.
- Brush with remaining melted butter.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
