Ingredients: 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened1 ½ Cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese (pre-shredded does not always melt well) ½ Cup mayo ¼ Cup-ish finely diced onion 1lb of Tom’s Awesome Seafood lump crab meat (minus a couple bites) 1 ½ TBSP lemon juice 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce 2 Tsp hot sauce (I use Pete’s) ½ Tsp ready minced garlic (in a jar) or 1 clove fresh minced garlic Sprinkle with paprika
Directions: Mix ingredients together well until the cream cheese is fully mixed in with no lumps Put into 8x8 pan or 9” pie dish Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Suggested methods of eating: pita chips, tortilla scoops or toasted sourdough bread.
