Slice 2 lemons into thin slices, add 3 bay leaves, salt and a bag of Zatarain's to the largest pot you have. Add the crabs and cover with water. Bring to boil and cover, turn heat down to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
Drain, run cool water on them and let cool. Do not leave in water, as it will wash all the flavor away.
Clean and eat. They are wonderful and lots of meat.
