Ingredients: 4 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks Marinade: 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup sake (rice wine) 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
Directions: Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Marinate fish for 1 hour at room temperature. Remove fish from marinade and grill or boil for 3-5 minutes per side to your desired doneness.
This marinade is also delicious with halibut, salmon, and ahi. If using ahi, cook for 2 minutes per side.
