These lobster cakes come frozen, two to a pack. I like to put a little Old Bay on mine before cooking. You can drop the package in a bowl of tap water. They'll thaw in no time. Take them out, make a patty. I like to cook mine in a skillet. I put it in the oven or on the grill at about 375. Cook each side for about 3 minutes, serve with your favorite come back sauce.
