Because they have little filler, the best way to cook these is in an old fashioned skillet or a fry pan you can put in the oven or on your grill. If you think your burger might stick, spray some pam or add some butter just before you put your mahi burger in. I cook at around 400 degrees. Put the burger in about 2 minutes a side. Add some Gouda cheese and Tom's Awesome Lemon Dill Tartar sauce. YUMMMMMY!
