I prepared them in a New Orleans BBQ style
sauce and I cooked them in cast iron skillet on the grill. My sauce was
butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, some Tabasco, green onions,
cayenne pepper and a bit of cream! It was delicious and I had garlic
bread to soak up the sauce.
