Poke is easy to make at home if you have the right ingredients. Our
fresh kanpachi is rich and buttery, perfect for the sweet, salty and
spicy flavors of our authentic Hawaiian poke recipe. Just mix all the
ingredients together and serve with steamed rice, soba noodles, salad
leaves or enjoy on its own - it's one of our favorite healthy seafood
recipes.
Ingredients¼ pound fresh kanpachi, cubed -
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup ogo (fresh seaweed), finely minced, optional 2 Tablespoons toasted ground sesame seeds 1 teaspoon chili oil 1 teaspoon ginger juice pinch of salt
DirectionsMix
soy sauce, ogo if using, sesame seeds, chili oil and ginger juice in a
bowl. Add fish and let marinate for 2 minutes. Sprinkle in salt and
serve.
