1. Warm a pan. Add 1 to 2 tablespoon oil (avocado oil).
2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of mustard seed. Let it crackle. Add cardamon pod, x2 dry chili, dry curry leaf.
3. Add 1 chopped onion and saute.
4. Add 5/6 cloves grated garlic and 1-2 tablespoon ginger. You could add freshly chopped chilies if you want the curry to be spicy.
5. Add 1 cup tomato sauce or 3-4 freshly chopped tomatoes. Saute
6. Add 2 table spoon cumin- coriander powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoon salt, (you add ready made 1 table ready made curry paste for
extra flavor). Saute.
7. Add 1 cup water. Once it is boiling add 1-1 1/2 pound of crab. After 4 mins of boiling. Simmer for another 7 minutes.
8. Add the end add 1 tablespoon garam masala, freshly squeezed lemon and freshly chopped coriander.
9. Smile and enjoy with rice, naan bread or roti.
