Ingredients

4 - 4 oz walleye filets

¼ cup flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper
-
1 egg
-
¼ cup milk

½ cup sliced almonds, roughly chopped

½ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In one shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- In a third bowl, combine almonds and breadcrumbs.
- Coat
each walleye filet in the flour mixture. Then dredge it in the egg
mixture. Next, cover it in the almond breadcrumb combination.
- Place breaded filets in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature of filets reach 140ºF.
